Filter Features

• • adsorption action and mechanical filtration actions, carried out by a Carbon Block filtering stage capable of filtering 5 microns;
• • chemical action, of ion exchange carried out by a strong macroporous anionic resin. This resin is particularly effective in the selective reduction of nitrates occasionally present in the water.
  

Installation and use
Bayonet connection for Refiner, Everpure QL2B and similar heads.

Vertical or horizontal installation with the aid of cartridge support clips.

1) Before removing the filter, close the water inlet and eliminate the pressure in the circuit by opening the downstream tap.

2) Rotate the used filter 90° clockwise, then remove the cartridge from the head.

3) Insert the new filter, after removing the protective cap, and rotate it 90° counterclockwise.

4) Open the inlet valve and dispense water to activate the new filter for at least 3 minutes.

After short periods of non-use, let the water flow before removing it for drinking.

If the system is not used for a long time, disinfect it.

Intended use

Composite structure filter (ministerial decree 25/2012, ex ministerial decree 443/990 art. 2 paragraph 8) for the treatment of drinking water in derogation with arsenic parameter.

Do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before and after the system.
