Green filter cartridge Polyester pleated 20″ – 50 micron

The cartridges are made of a special formula of cellulose mixed with resins and polyester fibers which guarantees long life and excellent performance.
The use of these materials guarantees greater water resistance than that provided by normal cellulose cartridges, managing to work with high flow rates and great sediment holding capacity with almost zero pressure loss.
Thanks to its high filtering capacity, the product is suitable for use in multiple areas related to water treatment and filtration.
The pleated fabric that makes up the external body hides a polypropylene core inside and, thanks to its ends immersed in thermosetting plastisol vinyl, the cartridge is characterised by a unique closure and gasket that significantly increases its resistance.
In order to ensure better filtration efficiency, the upper joint has been specially welded thus reducing the possibility of any internal exclusion phenomenon in order to guarantee the highest performances.
Furthermore, thanks to their resistance to chemicals, these cartridges are suitable for a wide range of applications from residential to commercial and industrial settings.

The dimensions of the filter body, specially pleated to maximize the retention capacity and the life of the cartridge, are as follows:
– Standard 9-3/4″ Cartridge: 0.55 square meters
– Standard Cartridge 20″: 1.11 square meters
– Big BB Cartridge 10″: 1.67 square meters
– Big BB Cartridge 20″: 3.34 square meters

The autonomy of the cartridges varies according to the quality of the incoming water, the required flow rate, the pressure of the incoming water, the use of the filter (continuous or intermittent, stopped for a certain period).
