Thanks to the absorption power of activated carbon it is possible reduce chlorine, odor, color, taste, dirt, rust, suspended matter not visible to the naked eye, mold, algae present in the water .
This filter is ideal for microfiltration systems and reverse osmosis systems, where it plays a protective role towards the membrane, improving its durability over time.

Activation: It is advisable to let the water flow through the filter at maximum pressure and with maximum flow rate, for at least 5 minutes to allow the air present in the cartridge to be purged.

Change cartridges : when capacity is reached, or when flow is too slow (falls below 0.7bar/10psi), every 6 months.

Note: Do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before and after the system. Systems certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected water that may contain filterable cysts. All systems must be maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions. Contaminants removed or reduced by this system are not necessarily in your water.
